ecto 1.0.1リリース

　ecto1.0.1がリリースされた。変更点は以下の通り。

・Main window's title is now set to selected account and blog.
・Accounts- and blogs-menu would not rebuild or crash after doing an Update Cache. Fixed.
・Refreshing list of recent entries did not remove entries deleted via the online control panel. Fixed.
・Updated French localization (Olivier Jan).

　バージョン1.0からウェブログの選択ポップアップメニューがなくなったため、選択中のウェブログ名が判りにくくなっていたが、編集ウィンドウの上部にアカウント名とウェブログ名を表示することで判りやすくなった。キャッシュアップデートの際のクラッシュも回避されるようになったらしく一安心。
